Life calls for energy and attention in every minute. In order to master this challenge, we need a conscious and sustainable practice. Ashtanga Yoga is a way to combine three very important aspects that are necessary for this:

The Kappalabhati – breathing exercises that help to detox and promote concentration. They are followed by the sun salutation and the Asanas, which are physical exercises that arrogate all regions of the outer body and inner organs in one session. During the final relaxation concentration remains on the breath to help the min dcalm down while I guide your attention through your whole body.

I have completed my education and teacher`s degree at the “International Sivananda Yoga Institute”. My Yoga style is therefore differerent from other traditional Ashtanga Yoga styles.
I teach in English and German.
The deep relaxation takes places exclusively in English. I teach Yoga in English and German. The deep relaxation takes place exclusively in English because I have realized that this can be particularly helpful for the mind to calm down, empowering students to focus better and slow down faster.

Education

My first teachers training I have completed at the “International Sivananda Yoga Institute” in Kerala, India. Furthermore, my teachers Marc Stephens and Fabio Giaccone influenced me a lot and shaped my style. The specialized children’s Yoga Training I have completed with Thomas Bannenberg in Berlin.
